For gym owners and coaching teams

Make your machines a coached advantage.

One day on your gym floor: your coaches get properly trained on the machines, your members get a premium event, and everyone leaves with skills they can actually measure.
01

The business case

More than a workshop. Useful long after we leave.

Members get real feedback and skills they can measure. Coaches get cues they'll still be using in January. You decide whether the day is a member perk, a paid event, or both.

01

Staff capability

Your coaches gain the confidence to spot common faults, use consistent cues and turn PM5 data into useful feedback in future sessions.

02

Member experience

A proper event with individual feedback, not another sweaty class they've done a hundred times.

03

Equipment value

More confident use, better programming and clearer progression on machines you already own.

04

Commercial choice

Include the day for members, sell tickets, or open a few seats to the wider community.

02

The flagship format

Start here

Coach + athlete clinic day.

The format most gyms start with, because your members get value on the day and your coaches keep the knowledge after we've gone home.

  1. 01Morning

    Coach lab

A deep dive for your coaching team into effective movement sequences, common faults, drag factor and pacing, with practical ways to coach each athlete individually.

  2. 02Afternoon

    Member clinics

Sessions of around 15 participants, with individual feedback, technique drills and pacing practice. Group sizes and the number of sessions are agreed in advance.

  3. 03After

    Knowledge transfer

Coach observation cards, participant resources and a common system to use in future classes.

03

What it costs

For coaches & members

Coach + Athlete Clinic Day

Develop your coaching team in the morning, then welcome members for afternoon clinics. Part of the day is reserved for coach education, with fewer athlete session slots than an athlete-only day.

Around 15 is our preferred session size. Not a fixed limit. We will find the best fit when we speak with you.

04

Built with your coaches

Specialist development without undermining the team.

We're not there to tell your coaches they've been doing it wrong. Most of them are juggling twenty other things, programming, class energy, injuries, membership questions. We just give them focused reps at reading and fixing the ergs specifically, then hand that back so it fits into the classes they already teach.

  • Spot the actual fault before picking a cue
  • Know which correction to make first
  • Combine technique, PM5 data and damper setup to coach each athlete more precisely
  • Adjust technique and pacing cues for beginners through to competitive athletes
05

Member value

Give progress a number.

Members learn how to set up the erg, move well, find a pace they can hold and make sense of the numbers on the PM5. It gives them a simple approach they can use the next time they train.

Move

Reduce wasted movement and make power arrive in the right order.

Pace

Connect perceived effort to a sustainable number on the monitor.

Read

Know which metrics matter and what decision to make next.

What you can charge

You choose what the event needs to do.

Include it for members, sell premium places or combine member and non-member tickets. Use the calculator to test scenarios, not as a revenue promise.

Under the fixed-fee model, the cost is known and you keep local registrations. The host carries attendance risk. A revenue-share model may be available where the audience and logistics fit.

Ticket planner

Build a simple member and non-member ticket mix.

Planning illustration only. Final income depends on attendance and local costs.

Set the room

Choose how many places you can run and how many will be available beyond your membership.
